Make sure they are @ 44 psi when cold, to account for the difference between passenger and light truck tires.

Hello folks! Here are some pictures of the new 4Runner. I was a 5th gen hater but it grew on me enough that I bought one. But now I'm not sure if I like it that much, it feels 1.5x bigger than my 4th gen and a little sluggish around town. Hopefully with more mileage the engine will loosen up.

I am going with BFG MTKM2s in 285, but no one has them. Apparently everyone is literally waiting on BFG to actually make more, its not a shipping problem, but more like they dont actually exsist right now.

I think I saw you earlier this week (or someone w/ an SR5 like yours). I see you have an CO Emissions sticker - I don't have one (which I think is weird). Where'd you get your tires? Did you trade? Good deal?

Hey guys and gals, been watching this forum for a while. Traded my 07 BMW X5 4.8i for a 4R and I have zero regrets. Love this truck! Better ride than the my old X5! My first tank of gas I got 19.1 MPG and 396 miles, I drove it 10 miles past zero to empty, filled it up with 20.7 gal, one click on the pump. I've got the Husky Liners installed and the sunshade from auto-anything, everything fits perfect! I still need to get the windows tinted, and I would like to lift it and get some steps installed. Thanks to all the people on the forum for all the great info.

Must not have been me since the car only comes out of the garage thurs-sun. I think that is also weird that you do not have a CO emissions exempt sticker, I wonder why that is? I would call the dealer and ask. Also, there goes my hopes of keeping my SR5 unique :dammit:

I got the tires today at discount tire on evans. I think I got a good deal considering others on the forum were trading their brand new tires and getting $50-75 and I got $60 with 5,800 miles on them. I went to a couple discount tires and tires plus to get multiple pricings though as everyone was different.

Why did Toyota remove the LED brake light option and add an outside AM/FM antenna? It looks a lot worse without the LED brake lights and with the ugly antenna.

Well LEDs are safer and a much better choice compared to regular light bulbs. Having a mast antenna is a small step back too.

Not saying I don't like the 5th Gen though.
