Just picked up my new SR5. Took it to Napa that night.
Unfortunatley the guy at home depot dinged the paint already, but its not noticable to anyone but me.
And then of course I scratched it with a coffee mug somehow. Luckily the guy at the details shop buffed it right out. 2 scratches in 3 days!!!!!! Ugh, the life of a 4 runner.
Gave up my old 02 Ford Escape. It was a sad day, but I think the 4 runner is up to the replacement task. Love it already.

Great pics... dig the subtle pinstripe. Bummer about the scratches...

I gave up my 02 Ford Escape XLT 4x4 at the end of January for the same color SR5. Well, it was on it was on its way out since the transmission was going. Towing a 20ft skiboat for 7yrs will do that with that car.
I have no complaints and never been happier with my new ride. Well, except for the chrome that I made black. Also, the SR5 gets the same gas mileage, if not better than the escape and its larger and more powerful :boxer:

Thats is the best picture I have seen of the 4 runner. I am sure you and your family had a great time.

I would LOVE to see a few more shots of your 4R with the rocker panels removed! I have gone back and forth if I want to or not, curious how it looks 'normally' without them. Thanks!
4runner Dirt Bike Haul
The 4 runner performed admirably today when hauling the dirt bike out to the OHV park. Good times. Man I dig this truck.
Its a little bit taller than the escape so pushing the bike up takes a little more of a start, but works like a charm. Drives like it is not even there.

I have seen them slightly cheaper at pepboys and such, but this guy is high quality. My friends el cheapo version is bending just from the weight of the bike and will need to be replaced. Pretty happy with this one. Comes with a ramp to load it as well. Only thing extra is the hitch pin.

Man, those look pretty badass. Do the Volks come in any other color... a dark silver, perhaps? Who did you go through to order them?
