What is that chrome between the windows (pass & rear on the pillars)???? I've never seen one with chrome there, did the dealer put it on?

Chrome pillar posts, mounted with 3M adhesive. Trying to add other chrome accents to complement the chrime OEM trim.

When I get a camera in hand and computer in front of me. Sorry, been unemployed for a while and livin it up...I'm keeping up to date using my iPhone. I'll make a point of setting some time aside to take some decent pics, but first a car wash trip.
