That Thule looks like it fits great - what model is it? Doesn't look like the rear door hits it. How easy is it to access?

It's pretty easy to access into the box due to it opens from both sides. It is also good because it enables you to gain access in through your back door. One down fall is I used the factory crossbars. Big mistake. They cannot support the weight and the box shook like if there were a family of kangaroos jumping inside. I bought the Yakima racks to support the box now,and it works great. The factory crossbars are only for looks and not for use. They had too much flex. I don't know the model# for the box I barrowed it from my bro.

Here's Mine

Here is mine.....SR5 model. My only mods so far have been some 17x9 Ultra Gauntlet wheels on some Nitto Terra Grapplers also I blacked out my rear Toyota emblem and the chrome strip on the bumper. I love this thing it gets me everywhere!!

my new 5th generation

Just got my brand new 5th generation 4runner yesterday its the same one as pictured above just with the lighter silver. Got it at hayward toyota in california they got me in and out within 2 hours. i love the thing got 17.4 driving it back from the dealership to sacramento and hit 90 a couple times in there. it has a lot of room very good car. better then our 2005 that we had that we loved. its a good truck because you cant feel the weight the turning is easy and it gets out of its own way.[/FONT]:lookout:

Here are pics of my new used 2010 Trail Edition. I bought it used with 7500 miles on it. I got it as a certified Toyota from a local Toyota dealership. It is in near mint condition, only a few light scratches on the left side. I should be able to buff them out as they don't even catch the nail when you run it over them.
I got it with the KDSS suspension also. I traded in my 04 Runner SR5 and even though I loved that one, I am addicted to this one. Very happy with my purchase.
