First Toyota 4r
We just picked up our '11 Limited w/nav last night. Metallic grey, black leather int. third row seat. 3M guard on front fascia, side mirrors and fogs, undercoat. We also sprung for an aftermarket alarm and car starter all installed by the dealer and covered under warranty.
First Impression: Love the truck!
I wanted to make sure credit was given where due; we live in Calgary and purchased from Charlesglen Toyota. It was a great experience (as great as new vehicle purchasing can be). I did a lot of research (thank you to this site and the posters for most of the information) and had all facts and numbers before I entered the dealership; also had 2 internet quotes so I had a very good idea about numbers. Negotiations for the truck went well. I also got the undercoating and an aftermarket alarm and starter installed through the dealership. This part was a little challenging, but I did some calling around and found a cheaper price and the dealership actually negotiated with me; points to them on this.
Love the entire package, although my wife will be driving it most of the time I feel we got a great buy and best bang for our buck.
Tips when purchasing; if you want the best deal possible do your due diligence go in as an educated buyer about the vehicle and all accessories you want. Having said that don't expect something for nothing appreciate the fact that the dealership is a business and they are in business to make money as well.
I am going to post pics but I needed to give a cheers to Charlesglen Toyota and all those that I had the pleasure of dealing with. I would purchase another vehicle from them :trophy:
