Here are some shots from a 3000 mile roadtrip I took to Colorado. We definitely took the scenic routes:

Valley of Fire, NV (before the rig got dirty )

North Rim of the Grand Canyon, AZ

North Rim on the trail to Point Sublime. Surprisingly, I did this trail without having to drop into 4WD which is more than I can say about my former 2006 Xterra. Granted, the Xterra didn't have Duratracs either.

Yup! As you can see, it still has the paper dealer plates. Couldn't wait to get it dirty.

That was the average over the whole 3000 miles. That's with 3 people, 2 coolers, lots of other cargo, going off road, blasting the AC almost the whole time, and lots of mountain climbing. I'm satisfied with it. What kind of mileage are you getting?

18 at 65 mph on flat highway. Significantly less at higher speeds or going up and down mountains.

Around the DC metro area (stop and go mostly) I get ~14.5-15.

That is lifted with 285's, roof rack (with cargo on it), and loaded with gear (fridge, recovery + camping equipment).

I would guess that's mostly due to the 285's. I was a little torn on getting 285's vs 265's. I still think it would have been cool to have the larger tires for the looks and traction. Maybe my next set.

^^ where did you get those? they are like bigger 4th gen sport wheels. i really like those on your runner. better then ltd. stock 20's imo

Hi everyone! Picking up a Ltd next Thursday. Adding running boards, remote start, all season rubber mats & clear paint protection film on front bumper area & side mirrors. This Ltd has NAV w/ backup camera, 3rd row seats and black leather. Will be wife's commuter (10mins one-way:driving :thumb3: and towing a Jayco Jay Feather Sport X17C. Used to own a 00 4runner & 02 Sequoia. Leased the 4runner. Actually made money at the end of the lease. Had to let the Sequoia go cause of gas prices. And it was too big for the wife. Trading in a mini van with no regrets. Ahh...glad to be going back to the T4R!

I got ALL my accessories from Ebay or on-line, WAYYY cheaper for the same stuff, like the oem running boards, $550 at dealer, ebayed them got the same ones, OEM from toyota for $280 shipped to my door......BUY nothing from the dealer and everything from ebay!!!
