Just noticed, these are 4th Gen replicas of the sport 17" rims, not 3erd Gen.

I have owned a 3erd, 4th, and now 5th Gen Limited T4R, loved them all. The 3erd however was way underpowered!!

My buddy's Runner is a stock SR5 with the trail hood and 20in KMC wheels and dune grappler tires.

I have a Toytec ultimate lift, UCA from Toytec, Baja Rack, slides from Shockworks,front trailer hitch for a FJ, relocated the trailer plugs from under the Runner to under the hitch and BF Good Wrench 285s on ATX mojaves.

First camping trip to Peacock Flats

Took the truck to the hills for some camping. Slept in the back with just some foam and a sleeping bag. It was awesome and the ride up was amazing.

Nice! Those are now my favourite wheel for the 5th gen. Before it was released there was a photoshop on the forum of a black 5th gen with those wheels (in 17inch ish size) and I thought to myself, that one I like, that I could drive. Then didnt think about it again until I see this.
Its almost an exact replica, except that the spokes have less depth. Nice find.

Range

Why does his pic show 390 Miles for range. I get 353 miles with a full tank. How is this possible...?...?

It will vary with each fill, but 353 miles seems low. Do you reset your trip computer after each fill? I will usually get around 400, but have gotten between 390-425 on a full tank.

i reset the MPG every time and the computer always comes in at about 330 miles to empty when i fill it up. it also only takes maybe 19 gallons when it says 20 miles to empty.....way off. any way to fix this?

I believe you can reset the range computer on the center display separately from the mpg on the odometer. I don't know if the two displays are interconnected or not. I think I reset the center display once after my initial purchase, but have not since. I do know that my gas gauge and my range display have been pretty accurate with each other up to this point. My low fuel level light will come on when my range display generally gets south of 50 miles.

I dont think you can "reset" the miles to empty. at least i've never tried. doesnt seem like a likely function.

disconnect the battery, that resets the miles to empty displayed. I think it initially shows 420 or something crazy like that.
