Any reason why the OEM high beam sections were painted over?

Question that many people ask and the answer is( we highly suggest high beams bucket to be chrome no painted unless you get a biled projector in there but we just do what customers ask us to do even thought we let them know first it is highly recommended to keep the high beams housing chrome
But still they are the ones are paying and they want them black., so we got no choice!!

Another great marker is to watch that the showcases you are being indicated don't radiate a considerable measure of warmth, this is an indication of low quality LED. Request that the provider show you the LED screen on full white, does the shading look somewhat red, yellow or green? They show a video comparison in down in this link (2017 4Runner Headlights | 2014-2018 Toyota 4Runner LED Bi-Xenon Projector Headlights), and at least from what they show, their LED projector is a bit more than 3x brighter than stock, but if they're using bi-led projectors, what is the space for the halogen high-beams/DRLs being used for? Nothing?
