Like it or not, 4Runner is a Union made vehicle. Working conditions have a lot to do with final product quality. Nobody is forced to join or begrudgingly accept terms of a pension.
I think they will keep the 4Runner the same for the next few years given the demand for off road models is up. Bronco will likely cost more as well as the new land rover.
