87 4runner front receiver hitch?

I have an 87 4runner we use for hunting.. it has no front bumper.
I need a 2" receiver hitch for it and want it as cheap as possible.
Supporting 250 lbs max

any ideas?

What i did was put a peice of square tubing between the 2 tubes that come up for my tube bumper (you could just weld some small pieces to support it since you have no bumper) and put a piece of angle iron behind the receiver. it was just a cheap one from princess auto. i also added some triangle pieces for support.
