'95 4Runner SR5 V6 Towing Question

First off I'd like to say that I have been lurking here for a while and the wealth of information available thus far has been staggering and extremely helpful.

With that I have a question about towing recommendation for a move I have coming up. I'll be moving from KY to MO and would like to use my 1995 4Runner (SR5 V6 4x4 5 speed) to tow my 2009 Audi A4 Quattro (Curb Weight 3626 lbs), about 250 miles using an auto transport from UHaul (my understanding is that the dolly won't work because of the AWD on the Audi).

I've got a 3 inch lift on the T4R with a beefed up suspension, which people have told me should give me the ability to tow that much, but obviously no official 'rating' increase.

Is this a feasible solution? Appreciate any and all input.

with the car and trailer, I think you will be severely overloaded.

while it may be possible to do, I think it would be unsafe, and not smart to try.

I thought that an early 4runner with the tow package is capable of a 5000 lbs max tow weight(which means you should be good). I guess I wouldn't know I don't have a tow package on mine. Someone Who knows please chime in!

What do you mean by "beefed up suspension?" A lift doesn't have anything to do with increasing the towing capacity of a vehicle.

Sounds like you need a diesel for this job!
