1996-99 Toyota 4Runner Limited Parts
I recently purchased a 1996 4Runner and upgraded the brakes (larger caliper, pads and thicker rotor) to accommodate for towing capacity and off-roading. I had no issues with the old parts and they are in great condition. The rotors are not warped, the pads look new, and the running boards and hood guard are in good shape. The 99 hood guard has a different mounting pattern than the 96.

For the pads and Rotors I looked up new parts, took the average of the 2 lowest prices and halved it. The running boards and hood guard are comps to other CL postings. Make me an offer.

96 Brake Pads, noise/vibration shim $20 all

96 Rotors $45 both

96 Running Boards (Dessert Dune) $100

99 Hood Guard / Bug Shield $25

Your right, I saw one add for $300 and I went with it. I thought that was a lot. I lowered it to $100, but honestly don't know what it is worth. Not trying to rip anyone off.
