Hey all, first time posting, just browsed for a 4runner forum I could join in current discussion for my next investment.
I owned a 98' Tacoma for a year a few years ago, then bought a Jetta. Well I'm ready to switch back over to the 4wheel drive scene.
I'm looking at a 96' Limited 4runner V6.
It has every possible power option (including an auto trans :bash: ) and I'm very interested in buying it.
It has 120K miles, 3 inch trail master lift on 33 inch BFG mud terrains and a factory rear locker.
Before I dish out the 12 G's he is asking for, I figured I'd post a thread on here to hear everyone's opinion on how this specific year and model of 4runner holds up to very mediocre dune abuse and every day driving. Any thing inparticular I should look out for? She's much too pretty to touch the trails so that's not something I'm too worried about.
Anyways, feedback would be spectacular... Thanks again
