97 t4r sr5, 4x4, 205,730 miles value question?

My neighbor is selling his t4r, garage kept, all service records, every thing works great, runs like new has surface rust spot on top of windsheld but otherwise no rust anywhere. tear in the driver seat but rest of the interior and leather seats in good shape. What do you think would be a good value for this vehicle.View attachment 30239

Well it's always a Here vs There thing. But given its mileage when was last TB/WP done? If it was just done, I'd pay 6 otherwise 5. Luck. :cowboy:

timing belt , idlers, wp, etc were done at the dealer at 120k, last 30,000mile tuneup was done at the dealer last year and he only put 5000 miles on iit last year has never been offroad. he only drives it to the train station daily to go to work.he is asking 6500. to 7k firm. I would like it to be more closer to 5000 but the values of 3rd gen are steadily rising.

yeah that was my thought too.

yeah and it needs all the fluids drained and refilled too except the motor oil. but because the guy drives it 5 miles everyday I bet his timing belt is still in good shape. and that's why I think real price is closer to 5500.

FYI, that's a Limited, not an SR5. If it says SR5 on the liftgate (can't tell from the pics), the liftgate's been replaced.

you are right that is a limited. I mis wrote when posting. the tailgate is original.not sure why there is no limited emblem on the rear hatch.
