99-02 Brush Guard on 00 Tacoma

I'm trying to sell my brush guard from a 2001 4runner and a guy with a 2000 Tacoma is interested. Wondering if anyone had any personal experience with this and if any modifications would need to be performed or if it will fit the way it is. I have the fat lip brush guard
