99-02 Hilux Surf clear corners-Interest?

I have a source for the 99-02 JDM Hilux Surf clear corners and want to guage the interest before ordering a bunch in. These would be brand new in the box parts, not used.

Cost is going to be 156.00 plus shipping. I am not getting a great deals on these so this is 10% off of what I would normally sell them for but at least they are available if you have been wanting them. The wait time is 4-6 weeks.

I am ordering a set for myself and will post pics when they come in.

Second question- are there other JDM parts you would like to have access to? I am not talking parts you know have been discontinued for years but parts we never got in the states. Let me know what your looking for and I will see if I can get it.

i am in need to see if i can get replacement fender mirror for my truck or at lease the lens. mine was cracked recently. think you can source this? my guy in japan has not gotten back to me in a few days already.

I am checking with my importer to see if he can get it and how much.

Have you gone to a glass shop to see if they can cut a new piece of mirror? That is something we have done many times when just the mirror glass is broken.

I will let you know when I find out if I can get the whole assembly.

i dont think it is something that can be cut as this is convex and curved oddly.
 
My supplier does not have the green available but says he can get the white or silver version. So I should be able to get you one, it would just have to be painted. The mirror glass is not available separately.

The part will cost $91.00 plus shipping from me to you. It generally takes 4-6 weeks for me to get special orders in.

I will have to add these numbers to our website if you are wanting to order one.

can you get a non painted one? the cheaper the better since i have an existing unit that is already paint to match my vehicle and really only need the glass. or is it possible for them to paint it before shipping to me?

There is not a non painted option and no way for it to be painted before shipping.

Hi Tracy, I'm interested in the white one! Would you know how these will be mounted on the driver-side fender?

I'm also interested in a Hilux Surf Field Monitor in tan/beige, sunroof model.
 
I am checking on the monitor. If I can get it I have a feeling that it will be stupid expensive. I will let you now when I find out.

I am also double checking availability on the mirrors. What's available can change hourly on this stuff.

As for how it mounts to a US spec fender I am not positive. Looks like you have asked SIKHILUXSURF. I too am looking forward to the answer.

The monitor is not something I have access too.

There are plenty of the mirrors available. If you want one please place the order on our website, lithiatoyotaparts.com. Remember they are 4-6 weeks out.

I see, thanks for checking! I'll wait until I can find a definitive answer as to how it will be mounted on our US spec fenders. I hope they don't require a fender with a recessed slot in it where the mirror base is just bolted on.. :(

the mirror needs to be modified to fit the US Fender. as far as the Japanese fender there are provisions on the fender for it to mount into which ours do not. there are 2 holes to be drilled to our fenders and the mirror base. also tracy these mirrors i presume come with the cap to cover the bolt that mounts them on? that would be important as that is the proper way for these to be sold.

Thanks man! Would you happen to have any pictures as to how they have to be modified and/or mount to the fenders?

Toyota does not sell them with the cap. I did check on the caps after Freak asked about the mirrors. Yours appears to be in good shape but I can order one in for you if needed.

ill take 3 of them can you let me know when these will get added to the site so i can purchase? or can i call you to add them over the phone since they can ship with the other pieces.
