99 Limited Heater Clicking

Hi guys, my 99 Limited just started with the oddest thing. The heater will click very loudly depending on what temperature its set at, and it seems like the threshold for clicking/not-clicking is outside temperature dependent. For example, today at 1 degree celcius, it started clicking at the 19 degree readout, while in the video it was about 12 degrees out, so it started clicking at 27 on the readout. Anyone have any experience with this? It sounds like a gear is slipping or something, but I'm not sure why it would depend on what the temperature is outside and what its set at inside.

Sounds like a temperature blend door actuator trying to change but can't. Either the door in the evaporator box is broken or the gear in the actuator is broken?
Would have to take apart to see.

Looks like it's on top of the heater box? Might be able to get from glove box?
Will be called "Air Mix" Servo

Not sure, never had to look myself, maybe someone here has and can guide you in a better direction?

Bowden Cable

Anyone have any insight (or luck) in replacing the cable (Bowden cable) from the actuator to the heat blend door?
