Sorry, digging up an older thread here, but I have a 99 Limited with the electronic HVAC much like I am thinking the OP was discussing here too.

I think the backlight has burnt out in mine, does anyone know if this is light bulb is replaceable? Its a major pain at night to not have the backlight on...
