The ad also doesn't list the mileage and the driver's seat is messed up. Looks like a POS to me.

Yep, too good to be true. 4Runners in the South sell for much more. Average price iv'e seen down here is around $6500-$7500+ for a decent 4runner with 150k miles or more.
