‘99 Limited Unused Factory Wires (?)

So I’m back to work on my ‘99 Limited 4Runner after a long hiatus. What was a 2WD vehicle is now a 4x4 with the rear e-locker minus some wiring to make it official. I located the ever popular “pre wire” I was fortunate enough to have for the e-locker module on the drivers side but I noticed this unused white bundle. Seeing as I’ve converted the 4Runner, what else could this be for? I’ve got a few things left to wire so it might be useful. I’ve browsed around and the only info I tend to come up with is about the e-locker wires I came pre wired with. Naturally, it looks like it would go into the fuse box. Has anyone else came across this bundle or found out it’s purpose? All of the wires are white.

Based on your description though, if those wires are all the same colors and the plug has a 'cap' on it, that is a shorting plug to split power or ground to multiple locations.

when you figure it out, maybe do the blue wire mod, IM a big fan of that mod.
