99 Runner Shocks

does anyone know a good place to buy a decent set of shocks at a good price, not looking to spend to much but in need of replacing them?

What are you looking for? I'm sure you can get cheap replacements. I bought a set of Bilsteins from AJUSA.com for I think $285. I personally think they're worth spending a little more for them as opposed to just buying the cheapest shocks you can find.

Yup. Cheapest I could find them. I bought from them twice, for both of my 4Runners, they're great.
