Awesome! You are welcome! The search can be a pain in the rear, but it is worth it once it is installed in the dash.
Just an FYI, another member who purchased the harness from me went an ordered a new display through Toyota, and was told they are currently on back order. I have verified this myself, and was told that stock is about 3 weeks out. It would seem Toyota did not stock many of these here in the U.S. as my guess is they did not expect people to be adding these. Regardless, the main parts depot in California where all U.S. dealers source parts from is out, but stock is inbound from Japan. So, if you end up going through your local dealer's parts department, there will be a small wait.

I am unsure If I will roll things into a new batch, or just fill orders as they come in. I produced a few extra with the last batch so I have some ready to go, but will need to make more for the next batch. I am currently in process of working on a few projects like this, so I will be slow to update/post here, but will check in frequently. As an FYI see my last post about there being a back order for the displays through Toyota right now. I have updated this on the main post as well. Displays are ~3 weeks or so out.

Negative you gotta have the stuff that the other models have... or extensively mod your sr5 to have the stuff the other models have, then it will work.
[MENTION=243613]Justhere4aday[/MENTION] It's a problem I am currently working on, so don't give up hope, and be patient with me lol. It took me 9 months of testing to get the last mod working but this one is turning out to be tougher to crack than the TFT for the TRD/TRAIL trims. Here's why:
The last real breakthrough I had was figuring out that Toyota did not change important portions of the software programmed into the main controller on the instrument clusters between 2014+ SR5/Limited and TRD/Trail clusters. The only difference I know of is that the 2014 Trail cluster does not display the multiterrain select mode in the internal screen like the 2015+ models do. This is helpful, but not enough.
Beyond significant hardware differences between the SR5/Limited and TRD clusters the problem really is with the LIN bus protocol. The TFT requires the Lin Bus to be synced via an external clock. The cluster itself needs this as well, and unfortunately the component required to do this is the crawl control switch on the overhead console. Even if I could add an external clock mechanism to override this, I still need to address the Lin bus software protocol, which requires a master node to run everything. The master node acts as the go between for the cluster and display. It "requests" information and then "sends" information. The best way to put it is, if there is no post office, there is no way to get a letter from location A to B.
Without going into too much detail I have a few theories about how to make something like this work, and in general I believe there is a solution, but it is not going to be as plug and play as this is for the TRD/Trail folks.

Just crossing my fingers that they get it right, LKQ like most dismantlers are hit and miss. Topeka is one of the biggest locations, sooo, hopefully they can nail it for me!

That happened to me. Sometimes the parts pickers don’t pay attention to the VIN and they grab whatever “clock” is on the shelf. I called LKQ. I explained that I need the exact part from the exact VIN and she understood. She searched for “clock” and said she didn’t have anymore in stock to swap me. Well later I found another one online under the GPS category. This time I took screenshots of the VIN I ordered the part from. The right one came second time. I shipped the wrong part back and should be refunded for that soon.
Great job with the harness Old Red. It was easy!
