A few Things Need Resolving

Hey guys,
stock 94' 3VZE.
I just got back from a trip to tahoe for a few days.
On the way up, i wasn't carrying much in the back, and, when going up the grade to donner pass on I-80, i was literally foot-down on the gas keeping me barely at 60mph. I know the 3VZE is underpowered, yadayadayada, but this seems a little ridiculous.
Then, on the way down, i discovered i was down 2-3Quarts of oil. I refilled it half way down. Then, when i hit sacremento, I got the A.T oil light. I let it cool (it was 108 outside)

Now, that i'm home at sea level, everything else is fine besides the fact that my power steering only woks when the engine is at 1500-2000 RPM.

Also, i tried engaging my 4hi and 4lo on an easy trail. the light flickered in the dash, and i could feel the lowrange, but no power to the front. I was thinking its the actuator based on recommendation, but i have no idea.


soo are these things related, or did this all happen to happen at the same time? :help:

I got the same problem! Though whenever I'm going uphill I'm literally flooring it every single time. It's driving me nuts! On the freeway I'm hovering at only about 60mph uphill (same as you) and its just frustrating.
