ABS issues after rotor and pad replacement

I replaced the rotors and pads on my 2000 t4r. I didn't touch the abs wires or brake lines except to unclip the abs harness from the bracket so I could move my caliper further out. Went to start the bed in process on my rotors and noticed that my ABS kicks in momentarily before I come to a complete stop. It does it no matter what speed I'm going at whether its 40mph or 5mph. It doesn't do it when I brake to slow down. Only when I'm right about to stop. I never had this issue before so I'm hard pressed to believe my wheel bearings are going out. Since the abs system wasnt messed with I don't know what could be the issue. Has anyone had this issue?
Thanks for any help.
