Ac having noise issues

I got a 02 4runner. She’s been good to me but today it’s been pretty hot and on the way home I cranked on the ac and the blower is vibrating like crazy. It’s shaking the whole dash and isn’t blowing as hard. Also it’s noisy as crazy but still blows cold.

Any ideas what it might be ?

I'd start to inspect the blower more closely looking for debris that shouldn't be in there. Sometimes mice find their way in and make a nest, partyly blocking air but mostly off balancing the rotary blower. Luck. :cowboy:

Someone or something is taking residence in your blower. It's pretty easy to drop and clean out. Do a search on here, should be a few posts on how to remove it.
