Do you have any (or a whole bunch) more pictures? Preferably not in a flat black and from some different angles and close ups and things like that. I'd like to see some more detail and its hard to make out the lines along the bottom edges. Is that a tubing along the bottom of the front on both sides?

Also being that your 30 minutes or so from me can powder coating be arranged if it's local pick up an not getting shipped?

At this point we don't have any other pics since this was the first one we have built, but its similar to the 4th gen 4runner and I have some pics of it that will show more detail.

As far as powdercoating is concerned. I can refer you to the powdercoater we have used, but you are much better off dealing with them directly. This is so you can pick the finish, color, and texture you want on your bumper. And, I don't need to be the middle man between both of you.

Thanks for your help with my brother's Tacoma. I doubt he sent you pics after powder coating so here is what it turned out looking like (still need to get the winch installed). My wife and I just purchased a '16 4runner, so we may be in contact once those are available. Again, awesome work and thanks!

I just ordered this bumper... Looks like I will have the second one. I held off on a winch.. and plate bumper for a long time, but I finally decided to just do it and stop putting it off.

I'll post plenty of pictures of it when I get it on.

We will be test fitting another bumper on the same rig tomorrow. Once this is done, we will finalize our jig for the 2010-2013 model and start building a few. So, with only one on order right now, we will have four more available with little to no turn time.

No, but the front is done and will leave Monday for sure. I just needed to cut some plate for the mounting crossmember and dimple them.

-what are the options for the flush mount fogs? they appear to be rigid D2's, is this the case?
-is there protection for the washer bottle? or does this install require it to be relocated?
-is there an option for recovery points? (ie. through welded 3/4" shackle mounts)
-does this set up come with integrated lower radiator protection, or is this an aftermarket skid shown in the photos?
-is the stinger DOM tubing?
-is a remote solenoid winch required, or will an integrated solenoid model work?
-what size light bar are the mounts intended for?

They are just an aftermarket fog light. They are not Rigids at that price point, sorry.

You can relocate the windshield washer res should it ever be damaged with one from a 2015 Tacoma. It bolts to the pass inner fender.

The winch plate has 3/4" D-ring shackle mounts built into it.

Yes, the mounting crossmember has the skid built in and does not effect skid plate mounting at all.

An integrated solenoid winch should fit behind the grill, but we will try to test fit one soon to make sure.

The stinger and lower tubes are 1.75" x .120 wall HREW. Its USA steel. DOM is only a marginal difference in strength.

A 24" light bar will fit up front as well.

I received this bumper today. Initial impressions are good. It's built to take some hard core abuse. You could literally ram this thing into rocks walls and you would most likely bend your frame before it would budge.

The weight including all hardware and the crossmember came in at 120lbs on my janky scale. The upper portion is about 85lbs and the cross member is about 35lbs.

Looks very easy to install, although i will probably need a helper to lift it up and into place. The most time consuming part will be trimming the bumper cover to follow the lines.

I'll include a link below to a folder where I will take pictures during the install....I took some shots of the D-ring shackle recovery mounts since someone asked about them.

My washer bottle has already been relocated to clear larger tires, so I won't be able to provide feedback on that particular issue.

I'm going to try to test fit it this weekend and then get it in for powder coated next week.

I might just hold off on the winch for a while since I really don't have the right springs to support another 50lbs. Will also probably weld on some tabs for a lightbar. It already has some on there, but the bar I have requires something on the sides.

That's pretty light considering Shrockworks is ~140 lbs.....and I think the ARB is even more than that.

And for a bit more clarification. When you install this you remove about 30lbs of material with the stock crush cans, aluminum bumper, and plastic. All the aftermarket bumper remove this same stuff. So it nets out to about 90lbs of additional weight on the nose of the truck. This one is tucked up nice and tight, so that may also help a bit.
