I don't do it, the 4th gen process involves a bit of bondo and possibly fiberglass work from what I've read.

I think it was [MENTION=50591]gaterose[/MENTION] that does this for the 4th gens, I saw a thread recently in the 4th gen forum about this and I could've sworn it was him that was offering this service.

-$30 flat shipping via fedex anywhere in the USA. I will also ship to Canada for additional fees.
-Send in your stock grille- subtract $130
=$385 shipped & marked as a "gift" or $400.40 shipped/paypalled
Just to make sure I'm doing the math right, it comes to $385 for everything including shipping. But if I send you my old grill, you'll knock off $130. That makes the grand total $255, right?
Imagine my excitement when I realized the price, showed it to my wife and she said, "Ooh... I really like that." Woo hoo!! Just gotta get funding set!!!
