It sounds awesome! I think albpm has a thread explaining that his borla along with an aftermarket intake helped his MPG by like 2 ms-pg. Unless super/turbo charges I think its mostly the sound benefit you'll get.

That's pretty much the case with all mufflers. of course they sound a little different from eachother and you can choose how loud you want it but adding a different muffler alone doesn't do much of anything.
