Advise needed on purchase

Hi,
I found 2007 Black 4Runner SR5 4x4 with 66K miles that I am interested in but have the following questions.

• The truck does not have the roof rack. Was it an option on SR5?
• It does not have a tow hitch either.
• The truck drives fine but the current owner has zero record on service except oil changes.

I see the owner did have oil change every 5K miles or whenever the remind comes on according to them but other than that they had no clue about any other service.
What would be a fair price for this?
The seller is asking $18K

Price would be little high for the market locally. A year ago when i was shopping a T4Rs with 100K milles at dealerships were running $14K-15ish. Your prospect would be closer to 17 with those miles here but I understand Seattle is a sellers market. I would not be too concerned with only having oil changes with mileage in the mid 60's. The maintenance curve starts to get steep in the next 20k miles. You are looking at fluid changes, brake pads, calipers?, over the next 2 years. If its a v8 you'll have the timing belt at 90K.
