Hello All,
I just joined this forum even though I have had a 4Runner for the past 9 years. My 3rd generation (2001) finally had enough problems (all from me driving it very harshly, no systemic problems with the vehicle) that I traded it in with 230k miles; it had just been broken in well, it wasn't ready to quit. But... I found the deal of the century on a 2010 4Runner and had to take it. I now have a 2010 SR5 4x4 and it's exactly perfect in every exact way. This new T4R has only been in the family for one week and I have been blown away by how well it travels on the highway and around town and then you take it off of the pavement and wow! It's the best purchase I've made in a long time; although I do miss my old 2001...
