burtman can get you some
from Japan. but they look horrible and cost $1000 (before shipping). bushwhacker is depriving us. so your just gonna have to stick
with oem. unless of course you have some mad fiberglassing/fabrication skills and can make some

Saw the burtman ones but I'm not dropping a grand!

Need to replace one from accident but for price I might do nothing other than shop around junk yards.
I'd take bushwacker but their site has no options for 05 4th gen
Heck I'd take anything assuming its cheaper than buying the oem and painting it. I'm amazed at how expensive it is for something that has so little function (the oem ones specifically) like the idea of protruded ones like the bushwacker but I guess they don't like us 4th gen folks!

Guess I'm ignorant and figured replacing and painting one oem flare would cost more than two aftermarket black ones. I love my Toyota but at times like this I kinda miss having a crappy domestic suv and going to pep boys and getting a cheap hunk of plastic.

Yeah, you're probably right about that. I'd check rock auto and ebay, otherwise I dunno.
And since you like bushwhacker go post on their facebook page or email them that you'd like a set. We had a ton of people bomb them with pictures and requests a while back; they say they're keeping count and it sounds like once the number is high enough they're going to design something.

One of the two parts that goes over the wheel well is not made anymore and are becoming hard to find and EXPENSIVE! I know... No body knows ( I guess now ) but I rolled my car a few weeks ago wheeling... It needs a new front door and all the wheel well pieces were crushed... That one piece is about as much as a door! Ridiculous!

rockauto has the oem style aftermarket flares for $99 each unpainted. If you don't care about the results too much, you can get a rattle can kit on paintscratch.com for short money.
