Air conditioner not holding a charge

Hello, I have a 2006 SR5 V6. The air conditioner starting getting less and less effective mid-summer, and eventually stopped throwing cold air. I got it recharged and it included some sort of dye that shows up under black light, supposedly. Well, after a month it get less and less effective again, and quit again. I went back to the shop and they used a black light and found nothing

So, what is my next move? I would rather not have the garage start replacing parts till they figure it out!

Both my answers boil down to finding a new shop

Find a new shop with a black light
Find a shop with a "sniffer". (Better option imho)
It is possible that the leak is very small and difficult to find but frankly 1 month isnt that long a time to lose a few oz of refrigerant which is all it would take to lose efficiency. There are other pie in the sky possibilities but as always the simplest answer is usually the correct one. Hope I could help

I will find a place with a sniffer. I am guessing maybe a place that specializes in air conditioning issues is my best bet.

i think you might need to get the whole thing vacuumed and test to see if it holds. also check cabin filter.
