Alignment Issues

I replaced my lower ball joints this past weekend and got my alignment done yesterday. Everything looks good except for SAI and Included Angle. After doing some research on SAI it seems that something may be bent but the truck has not been in an accident and it does not stray left or right when driving. Is this something I need to worry about?? By the way I have stock suspension but I put on brand new tires 265/75/R16 BFG All Terrains on it. Could that possibly be the issue?

your sai is actually worse than mine was today before my re alignment. get it re alinged at a alaingment specialty shop so they can correct your sai then the toe. doesnt hurt to repace suspension parts either considering these trucks are now about 10 years old.

Thanks for the reply... I am planning on doing that this summer. I will go to an alignment shop and get it done again... sucks that I paid 80 dollars though. I will try to go back to Sears and see if they can do it again.
