Alignment question

I had an alignment done by a shoo that I use a lot and have an issue. When I was there they made sure the steering wheel was perfect! But when I drive down the road I have to pull down and to the right. Why is this and can it be fixed while still having a perfect alignment?

I wouldn't have driven more than 1 block from the shop before I turned around :)

I'd take it right back to the shop and have them fix it ASAP. That center steering wheel position is awful IMNSHO! Don't know how they screwed that up - but it should be fixed no questions asked. Trying to adjust your toe manually will not end well IMO...

Did you ever get this fixed? I had the same issue and the shop hooked up a computer and did a zero point calibration. It helped a lot, but it's still slightly turned to the right. I have had it back in about 8 times in the past two months and no one at NTB seems to be able to fix it.

They keep trying to sell me shocks and struts, claiming this is the problem.

when i first got my 4runner i took it to NTB for an alignment only because i knoew they guy there. it took them 4 times and it still was not right. i finally took it to my toyota dealer an it was done right on the first shot and it was less than NTB.

They will have to adjust the tie rod ends at each wheel to get the steering wheel centered correctly. I had the same problem after an alignment, had to take it back the next day and have them adjust it again.

do they use electronic power steering on these yet? They would need to do said calibration. If they keep trying to do it with no success, I'm not sure what they are doing wrong. It's not that hard.

Do you have an alignment printout?
