Do I have to get another alignment job after I put my 285/70r17 tires even tho I already did an alignment for my 265/70r17 3 months ago?

Tire size will not change the alignment. However you may notice any alignment issues with bigger tires. That said if you have not been off road in those 3 months and don't do a lot of driving on pot hole filled dirt roads you should be Ok.

are you installing a lift to accommodate those 285s? if so..... YES if not you still might need to adjust the caster out.

Sorry it's already been lifted 3inches and align with the 265/70

Technically, getting new tires doesn't mean getting an alignment is necessary. You should be fine alignment wise. As others have mentioned though, if you experience any issues with the larger tire you might want to have things adjusted(fender liner, alignment, etc...) to improve ride or rub.

Tough call... Generally speaking should be OK, but it will move it around some.
Probably fine, but don't be surprised if it is off a bit.

Like most have said here, you should be good, although we would play it safe and get the alignment. You don't want to end up with any funny tire wear and have the technician tell you it's because you didn't get the alignment after the new tires have been installed.
