All Colorado 4runner meet Apr 28th

I have a dream that one day, all the Colorado 4runners on T4R.org and every other forum will unite as one and meet in one place for a spectacular day of wheeling and socializing.

I want to beat the numbers that Socal had.

I know Colorado doesnt even have as many people as LA but I think we have more 4runners per capita than any other state in the Union!

I want us to prove it. I want the largest 4runner meet EVER!

Lets do a simple trail that all vehicles, even the stock mall crawlers can do no problem. Key is to get some good scenery off pavement and get good pics of all the rigs at high altitude. The Trail will be discussed as will late lunch/dinner. Where can we park 50 rigs and all eat? Colorado Mills?

Will any trail above 8,000-9,000 be minus snow in April? It's a bit far out but I should be able to make it. At least it'll be nice and cool. I have a mall crawlerish T4R but I hate going to malls.

The thing that scares me about 50+ rigs wheeling is the impact on the environment.

This means that not only the quantity of vehicles on trail but "parking" MUST stay on trail and no "drive arounds" to get somewhere.

Something of this magnitude could turn into a reason to shut down wheeling trails.

Gerdo u are 200% right, which is why we are meeting in the largest park and ride in the state so we can go over the plan and rules, that's also why the trails are super simple to accommodate all rigs and drivers and I've picked trails that Im pretty sure we will have no problems staying on trail. If the guys in Socal can do it then so can we!

50+ 4Runners in one spot? We can beat that here in Colorado easily,just go to the mall on the weekend and photograph the parking lot and count the 50+ 4Runners. :banana:
