I think they used to have 4th gen? They might be willing to ship a weld-on option for the 4th gen maybe? Was tempted to call and ask myself, they are super responsive via phone

What did you do for finishing? Thinking I may go the DIY route rather than powder coating when I receive mine.

I wiped them down with acetone, then did Rustoleum acid etch primer, gloss black and clear coat and a couple of strips of grip-tape!

For weld-ons the 60" sliders for the 1st-3rd gen 4runners should be the same length as a 4th gen. A few of the other manufacturers have the sliders list for 1st-4th gen.

Any chance for just dimples on the top plate?

I'm interested in this, but my decision on which one comes down to if I can get the top plate with just dimples.

I'm the type of person who debadges and can't stand (extra) logos. I would love the Apex with just dimples (or just no logo for that part of the plate).

These also come un painted.

The shrockwork come straight out while these have a slight angle and the kick out

These are going to get scratched and stepped on and spray paint is a easy repair
