I don't usually do this but...

I have to say thank you to AllTrans in Arizona for honoring their customer service mission statement. They really helped me out and I just want to let everyone know they are a pretty good company to work with.

Story:

Ive been dealing with a transmission situation for a while. I had a junkyard steal my transmission here in FL and I didn't have the money to go to court. So I finally threatened them enough to give me a core so I could purchase a rebuilt one. Whole nother story!

Took my truck to TransExpress here in Apopka, FL amazing people. I was missing so many sensors and BS they really helped me out to get what I needed.

I ordered a transmission through AllTrans. TransExpress installed it and found that it was leaking between the T-Case and the Tranny. TransExpress called AllTrans for me and found that AllTrans would only do a 50/hr labor rate at 10.8hrs (TransExpress is 65/hr per 10.8 hr install). So after a little talking with the Supervisor (Now knowing it was kinda my fault since the 50/hr labor rate was on the warranty paper work but I was also never told of this) they were able to help me out with the labor situation this one time only and they now have a happy customer.

Thanks Tony :trophy:

The first tranny had a cracked casting inside. Owner of junkyard would not give me my money back but said he would rebuild the one I have through a vendor he uses for another 200 bucks for the trouble (im like cool). 4 months later I find out the vendor was arrested on domestic abuse charges. My transmission is no where to be found including sensors, tranny mounts, cables, etc. 2 months later I finally get a core from the bas**** but don't trust it to install it. So I purchased a rebuilt one and used it for the core charge.:gun4::uzi::redbrick:

I got ya, that takes the mystery away of how someone could steel a tranny. for a second it sounded like your truck was just parked and someone actually unbolted the thing and took off with it.
