While in Houston this weekend, I will be picking up a new-to-me '97 4Runner Limited 4x4. My aunt bought it new in '97, my uncle took it over in '02 or '03 when she got a new vehicle, and I am inheriting it this weekend to serve as my daily driver since my '88 BMW M3 is up for sale.

Looking forward to joining the community, and will probably get some pics up once I have it in my possession.

Trying to get out of Dallas to fly to Houston so I can get the 4Runner, but it's snowing! Need the 4Runner just to get to the airport, assuming the flight doesn't get cancelled!

---Update--- Made it out of the snowy mess that is Dallas yesterday, picking up the 4Runner tomorrow...

Picked it up this afternoon. '97, limited, 4x4, no locker, but all in working order except for a brake light bulb I'm assuming I can change out pretty easily. 240k on the clock, cosmetically not bad for a truck out of Florida. Wheels are oxidized a bit from age / salt air. Paint in pretty good shape, leather a little tired, some tears under the seat cover on the driver seat. Drives great, CD player works and stereo sounds decent. All in all a good truck that will suit my needs perfectly for a few years.
