Alternatives to Eastwood Frame Coating?

I'm looking to clean up some of the rust under my 4R and was looking at Eastwood's Internal Frame Coating but at $20 a can and $10 shipping, kind of dragging my feet on that. Does anyone have experience with a less-expensive alternative?

I've been using Rustoleum Rust Reformer (the jug with white brush-on liquid) and like what I've seen with that on the outside, accessible parts of the car but wanted to try something else for the internal parts of the frame.

A lot of people use and recommend Fluid Film, but it’s not a permanent coating like the Eastwood product, so you’d have to do it as an annual thing. As far as I know Eastwood is the only one marketing a product like that, at least from the reading I’ve done on this subject. I believe their product is also some type of rust converter, or at the very least, it encapsulates what’s there to keep it from getting worse. I’ve sandblasted, primed and painted most of my frame, but definitely would like to do the inside as well, so if you find another alternative, I’m all ears!

My son works for a car restoration shop, they use Rust Trap by SEM. Pricey but I guess it works well.

Might start a regimen of Fluid Film once I knock down the rust and get it painted over.

I have a bike rack which has some crusty rust on the inside of some of the tubes so I'm gonna swirl some Rust Reformer around inside the tubes and drain it to see what it looks like. Was gonna use the left over Eastwood stuff to coat the rack, but we'll see how my experiment goes.
