This install has been covered many times but I thought I just show another option for mounting the cooler since I took pics along the way.
Remove the grill.
Remove the two upper radiator bolts, (12mm), and the 4 radiator fan shroud bolts. (10mm)
This will allow you to push the radiator back towards the engine about 4 inches.
Plenty on room to get your hand in between the radiator and the condenser.
Next you might want to swing your horn out of the way temporarily by loosening the bolt holding it, moving the horn, and the snugging the bolt back up.
Next fit the cooler into position and push some zip ties though the mounting holes, and condenser so they come out the other side.
Now leaving the zip ties in the condenser, remover the cooler.
One by one, replace the zip ties with the zip tips included with the cooler, from the back side of the condenser so they stick out the front.
Slide the rubber pads over the included zip ties.
Slide the cooler over the supplied zip ties and attach the zip caps.
Trim the ties.
Mounted.
The rest of the install has been covered enough in other threads. I just wanted to give you all another option. The zip tie system is plenty long enough to go through both the radiator and the condenser like others have done. I chose not to go that route because my radiator will be coming out soon do to some other work I have planned. This step took about 30 minutes.
