New OC 4 runner owner here

hey guys..

new to the 4 runner scene. what made me buy my 4 runner actually was my dad after he bought a 2011 4 runner sr5 with 3 row seating from carmax last week hah. i fell in love with that truck!

i couldnt afford something that new, so i sold my 04 subaru wrx wagon for 6000k and settled for a 2006 silver sr5 2wd with 99,000 miles from carmax aswell.

i bought it and took it home last night!

anyways im in socal, in the city of orange. corner of chapman and jamboree to be exact. i live right behind peters canyon for those in the area.

would love to get into a trail riding group or off roading or something like that.

** not new to forums tho, so ill make sure to use the serch function before asking questions hah **

Very next morning, I picked these up from my tire guy. 17x9. And got some a/t bf Goodrich tires for under 500 bucks







I'll probably plasti dip them flat black this week. I originally wanted black rims. But this is all my tire guy had in stock in a 6 lug. I like them either way, idk why they remind me of fj cruiser rims or something like that.

Hey thanks man! And I still have them in my garage. I don't think I'll be selling them anytime soon if that's where ur going to sorry. I hassled carmax to give me 2 brand new front tires. Tried getting new ones for the rear too but they denied. I guess if it has less than 6 millimeters worth of thread they'll replace them and mine had 9 mm.
