Dude if u have half a brain you should listen to every word this dude wrote. He was right on point with his advice to you

7 year old thread. And OP got married too. Maybe Dirtyfingers could chime in and tell us what he thinks of all this in hindsight. Let's make off topic great again. Too much spam BS

Hello everyone) I want to make you guys very nice. You can easily meet very beautiful girls on the site for dating. They are great and beautiful online dating all. Everyone wants to make you very pleased. You can find a future wife easily. All the most gorgeous women are waiting for you

No thanks. I don't want herpes from these filthy girls.

Pull up in your 4runner with flowers and a packed truck for a 3 or 4 day car camp when you know they got the weekend off. Just say "pack a bag, I got a surprise for you"

Honestly, I don't think online dating is a very good method.Try to communicate in person. Say go to a bar or something.

This may be tough since you're in the military, but the thing I've found that works best is pursing things you're interested in that have groups centered around them. Whatever hobbies you have, there's probably a group out there that meets regularly and it's an easy way to expand your social circle and "better your odds." It's a lot easier to talk to people/women if you're already involved in something that you're both interested in.

It's also perfect acceptable to walk up to a woman and say, "Hey I saw you from over there and you're super cute. I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself." Say it with a smile. She may shoot you down, she may have a boyfriend, but it's worked out for me a couple times and I'm no matinee idol. For what it's worth, I've pretty much only done this in a bar, but it could be done anywhere. Good luck out there.

The best online dating app is Facebook Marketplace.
Do a search for "wedding dress for sale". Then filter for the size of woman you're interested in meeting.

I think it was Rod Stewart who said, “Why would I get married? I’ll just find a woman I hate and buy her a house!”

Dang. What an old thread haha. I’ve been married almost 9 years now, definitely enjoying every moment of it. I think I got what younger me wanted, a family on a homestead with livestock to keep. Been a trip!

Best advice I've ever heard was simply to do the things you enjoy as much as you have time to devote to them. By using this methodology of meeting people, you'll never have to feel like you need to put on a front of trying to be somebody you're not. That, and have patience!
