Any ideas on this front bumper?

Long story short, this guy is interested in taking my stock chrome bumper and some cash for the one thats on his. It looks like its a custom built one vs off the shelf.

The pics suck and he is supposed to be sending me more. Any ideas on who built this one and if it would be worth the trade? If he sends me the additional pics I will post them up.

looks like an ARB knock off for a nissan pathfinder or Honda passport (same vehicle) I have seen one like that on a pathfinder, looks like the same exact turn signals. Since it has already been modified to fit a 4runner you should be fine, not only that but if it is stronger steel it will be an upgrade! Get it!
