Any manual transmission 4th Gen 4Runners in the USA?

I know that they were not offered in the US, but wondering if they were offered overseas, and if any have made it to this country.

If one exists, it's not on t4r.org. When I first saw this, I thought someone said the drivetrain was from a Tacoma (makes sense).

I drove a 5-speed Xterra for 11 years and trust me, shifting gets old, especially in slow traffic.

THIS. I had a 94 HiLux pickup (when I lived in south america) and rowing that 5 speed was fun, but got downright tiring after a days work. I suffer from migraines from time to time and driving that thing was a nightmare, BUT I did love it.

Like posted earlier, no manual 4th gen was ever produced but.... there are at least 2 in the wild that were swapped that I know of. 1 in Dubai and 1 in the states (I'm guessing CA, I'll try to find a link). Looks fun but for a daily driver and especially crawling around the mountains, I'd way rather have my 5-speed auto.
