I absolutely hate the rear brake drums and would love to replace those pieces of crap with rotors calipers and pads just like the fronts... Any links to doing this would be amazing... Also doing the tundra fronts.
Along with these I want to put on wider rims by about 2 inches and throwing on some wheel spacers if I have some rubbing. Anyone ever done this?

I also plan to install a pair of spare tires in an in vehicle rack like those long travel desert racer trucks.

Adding a full blown emergency and recovery kit

Front and rear wenches

Led front and rear lights

Led light bar across the top since in illinois they permit only 4 front lights to be on at a time (it's technically one light ^_^)

I'm gonna widen the fenders to the tires and maybe even a long travel kit in the future...

And can anyone tell me if there is any possible way to fit any v8 tundra engines into the little runner?

My thoughts ...

Rear brake conversion is a total complete waste of time for most T4R owners.

Do the Tundra brake upgrade instead. Read the tutorial and information guide which is stickied on the front page. Look for BigFishAllDay's thread because it is quite good.

Alternatively you could do a Brembo and performance pads upgrade (I did) although it is not as common an upgrade.

About your rear brakes, on any SUV the rear brakes will be doing 25% of the braking at most. Those numbers are off the top of my head but pretty close. The point is that the front brakes do more than 75% of the stopping.

Yes people have done rear brake upgrades but think of the downsides ...
1) the car is Unsellable at normal KBB prices because you did a major mod
2) I know the tundra upgrade is a major mod but I believe it would be far easier to sell the car having just upgraded the rotors and pads vs. completely custom designing new rear braking system.
