Any way to lower the driver's seat? 2002 SR5

I'm about 5'10", but I have short legs (30" inseam). My head is too close to the headliner. I'd really like to sit a couple of inches lower. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Do you have a sunroof? I know you lose some headroom if you have a sunroof.
