Anyone else having trouble viewing your old threads and posts?

When I go into statistics on my account to view all of my old posts or threads, it gives me the message "Sorry - no matches. Please try different terms." Is anyone else having this issue. I cant track any of my posts. Moderators, is this something you might be able to assist me with? thanks

Windows 07. But I dont suspect that is the issue, cause this problem just recently started. Up until about a month or two ago I had no issues

I've seen that a few times on the 2 vBulletin boards I'm the server admin at; *usually* a logout, clearing of your cookies, restarting the browser and re-logging onto the site fixes the problem.

I will say that there are some things server-side that can be done related to this. However, being as I'm not the admin here,

- I will point out that I have no way of knowing if these things have or have not been done already (most likely they are - simple things like rebuilding search indexes), and

- I will gladly defer to those who ARE the techie admins here.

I tried logging off and then back on. Didnt work. Im not much of a computer techie, so perhaps you could tell me how to clear cookies? thanks

Could someone go to my statistics and try viewing my threads and posts?? Doesnt matter who. I just want to know if its only me, or if no one can view them

I just clicked on your username and selected "find more posts..." It gave me 20 pages worth of posts from you dating back to September of '10. Looks like I can see all of them.

I've been having problems when I click "New Posts". It gives me the same message you're getting.

Happens quite often. Very annoying.

Depends upon your browser.

IE - Tools (or click on the 'Gear' in IE 9) -> Internet Options -> Click on 'Delete...' in the 'Browsing History' section, and then ensure 'Cookies' is checked before hitting the 'Delete' button in the popup window

Chrome - Wrench -> Options -> Under The Hood -> Clear Browsing Data -> Ensure you're clearing cookies (and whatever else you want)

Firefox - Click 'Firefox' -> History -> Clear Recent History -> make sure 'Cookies' is selected (and whatever else you want)

I use internet explorer. I tried it, but no luck.

Hrm...I'm thinking the issue may be server-side, then. We wouldn't know unless/until the search index is rebuilt, however.
