Anyone felt this before?

So sitting in the drivers seat under my left foot (its not stretched out) I always feel something wiggling and popping under my foot. Its always when the suspension is moving around when driving over normal lumps in the road. The only thing thats under my left foot is a body mount. Could it be broken or loose? Its the only thing I could think of because the sway bar is a bit farther away.


This is not a pic from my truck just an example of the mount. My mounts are stock. This is whats directly under my foot.

ive had several blazers and jeeps where the floor would crack out fromm the seat mounting bolts and would pop when off-road. pull your carpet up and look under it.
