anyone have a crank shaft pully tool?

Im getting ready to do the whole timing belt/water pump setup and I was just wondering if anyone has a tool they made or bought they might sell or let me use?

If you live around near SIMI VALLEY,CA (LA area) maybe I could just borrow it. Thanks
